ServiceNow HRSD Developer/Administrator

· Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow HRSD workflows, forms, and integrations.

· Configure and customize HRSD modules including Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events, and HR integrations.

· Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

· Ensure platform stability, performance, and compliance with best practices.

· Provide occasional support for ITSM, CMDB, and other ServiceNow modules as needed.

· Participate in platform upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.

· Document technical specifications, configurations, and procedures.



Requirements

· Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration, with at least 3 years in HRSD (concurrent experience acceptable).

· Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting (JavaScript), and integration methods (REST, SOAP).

· Experience with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and Scoped Applications.

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Science, Business discipline, or a related field.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
