· Design, develop, and maintainServiceNow HRSD workflows, forms, and integrations.· Configure and customize HRSDmodules including Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center,Lifecycle Events, and HR integrations.· Collaborate with HRstakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technicalsolutions.· Ensure platform stability,performance, and compliance with best practices.· Provide occasional support forITSM, CMDB, and other ServiceNow modules as needed.· Participate in platformupgrades, patching, and performance tuning.· Document technicalspecifications, configurations, and procedures. Requirements· Minimum 3 years of hands -onexperience in ServiceNow development and administration, with at least 3 yearsin HRSD (concurrent experience acceptable).· Strong understanding ofServiceNow architecture, scripting (JavaScript), and integration methods (REST,SOAP).· Experience with ServiceNowStudio, Flow Designer, and Scoped Applications.· Bachelor's degree in ComputerScience, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Science, Businessdiscipline, or a related field.· Excellent communication andcollaboration skills.
