Description : Urgent Hiring | ServiceNow Dev|Administrator (ITOM Expert) Apply NowJob Title : ServiceNow Administrator.Location : Chennai (Hybrid).Experience Required : 4 to 10 Years.Shift Timing : 2 : 00 PM 11 : 00 PM IST.Notice Period : Immediate-15days Only.Job Description : We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Administrator to manage, enhance, and optimize our ServiceNow platform, supporting IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business requirements and ITIL best practices.Roles & Responsibilities : 1. Configuration & Customization :- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules based on business needs.- Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.2. System Administration :- Handle user management, access control, and data maintenance.- Monitor platform performance and resolve system issues proactively.3. Integration Management :- Implement and manage integrations with third-party applications.- Work with development teams for seamless data flow across systems.4. ITOM Configuration & Development :- Manage development, testing, implementation of CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.- Design technical solutions across ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM modules.5. Upgrades & Patch Management :- Coordinate with technical teams to plan and execute platform upgrades.- Manage patching cycles and ensure version compliance.Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Science / related field.- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator.- Strong knowledge of ITOM ITSM and ITIL frameworks.- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Preferred Skills : - ServiceNow administration & development.- ITOM & ITSM module expertise.- Hands-on scripting (JavaScript).- Integration with third-party tools.- Strong analytical and troubleshooting ability (ref:hirist.tech)
