**We are looking to hire 2 Skincare Trainers for our South Extension and Yamuna Vihar branches of Beauty Merlin Academy**

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on skin care techniques, products, and treatments.

2. Conduct training sessions for skincare professionals, aestheticians, and beauty therapists.

3. Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical exercises to trainees to enhance their skills and knowledge.

4. Stay updated on the latest trends, advancements, and innovations in skincare and aesthetic procedures.

5. Collaborate with product development teams to create training materials and manuals.

6. Offer guidance and support to trainees to ensure they understand and implement best practices in skincare.

7. Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.

8. Customize training programs based on the needs and skill levels of participants.

9. Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and participant feedback.

10. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote training programs and build professional networks.

**Requirements**:
1. Education qualification in beauty therapy, aesthetics, or related field.

2. Proven experience as a skincare specialist, aesthetician, or beauty therapist.

3. Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and treatments.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to engage and inspire others through effective training techniques.

6. Willingness to travel frequently to conduct training sessions at various locations.

7. Organizational skills and attention to detail.

8. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.

9. Certification or licensure in skincare or aesthetics is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
