Training Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Director to oversee the development and delivery of comprehensive training programs for our business partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end training solutions, ensuring that all stakeholders have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop curriculum and SOPs for product science, shade matching, regimen building, hygiene, VM basics, and claims guardrails.
  • Create multi-format content, including decks, playbooks, videos, role-plays, and quizzes in Hindi and English.
  • Run train-the-trainer sessions, field coaching, roadshows, and monthly masterclasses.
  • Partner with NPD/R&D to translate INCI and benefits into accurate demos and ensure compliant claims.
  • Set up learning management systems (LMS) and track training progress.
  • Store audits and side-by-sides, fix basics, and hire/manage regional trainers.

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of experience in beauty/personal-care retail training, with leadership experience in pan-India TTT programs.
  • Strong understanding of makeup and skincare, with the ability to explain INCI and shade science simply.
  • Bilingual: Hindi and English, with confidence as a facilitator and on-camera presenter.
  • Data-driven, with advanced skills in Sheets/Excel and familiarity with LMS.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MT/EBO experience, cosmetology certification, and basic VM knowledge.
