Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Manager to lead our end-to-end training programs for Beauty Advisors, field sales, and retail partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing training curricula, creating engaging content, and ensuring that all training initiatives meet the highest standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beauty and personal care retail training, with experience leading pan-India training programs. They will also possess excellent communication and facilitation skills, as well as the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and effective manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 6–10 years of experience in beauty/personal-care retail training, with a proven track record of leading pan-India training programs
  • Strong grasp of makeup and skincare, with the ability to explain INCI and shade science simply
  • Bilingual: Hindi and English, with confident facilitation and on-camera presentation skills
  • Data-driven, with advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
