Training and Development Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs to Beauty Advisors, field sales teams, and retail partners across India. This role requires a strong understanding of the beauty industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing market trends.

About the Role:

This position involves creating and implementing training curricula, developing content in various formats, and conducting workshops and coaching sessions. The successful candidate will have experience in leading pan-India training programs, a strong grasp of makeup and skincare, and excellent facilitation and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver end-to-end training programs for Beauty Advisors and field sales teams
  • Create engaging content, including presentations, playbooks, and videos, to effectively communicate key concepts
  • Develop and implement assessment tools to measure training effectiveness
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions and provide feedback to team members
  • Maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure high-quality training materials

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of experience in beauty/personal-care retail training, with a proven track record of leading pan-India TTT programs
  • Strong knowledge of makeup and skincare, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply
  • Bilingual (Hindi and English) with excellent facilitation and presentation skills
  • Data-driven with advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Ability to work on weekends and flexible travel arrangements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MT/EBO experience
  • Cosmetology certification
  • Basic Visual Merchandising skills
