**Salary range **:Rs. 16,000 - Rs.18,000 per month.

**Reservation Executive**
We are looking for a Hotel Reservation/Sales Executive in Pune for selling rooms/suites/conference venues/destination wedding venues of our hotels/resorts in Mahabaleshwar.

**Below are the Job Responsibilities for this Role**:

- Explain on call - information about the property, policies, rooms, location, etc to the guests with the aim of selling room nights.
- Sending accurate and relevant quotations to enquiries for converting them to bookings.
- Converting enquiries to sales.
- Managing guest databases.
- Punching booking in the systems.
- Payment/advance payment collection from guest and sending booking confirmations.
- Making sure that our resort/hotel information/policies seen on the above mentioned OTA profiles is accurate and up to date.

We seek a person who is well versed with reprenting hotels/resorts/campsites as a reservations executive. A Hotel Management Graduate and experience in handling and bringing new clients for conference venue/destination wedding venue bookings preferred.

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
