Oros located in Nagpur, is seeking a passionate and skilled Italian Chef to join our team. We are committed to providing our guests with an exceptional dining experience, offering delicious Italian cuisine in a warm and inviting atmosphere.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Food Preparation**: Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Italian dishes, including pasta, sauces, entrees, and desserts, adhering to established recipes and quality standards.
- **Food Service**: Oversee and participate in the plating and presentation of dishes, ensuring they are visually appealing and meet our high standards. Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely and efficient food service.
- **Food Standards**: Maintain consistent food quality and presentation, ensuring all dishes are prepared according to recipe specifications and meet our quality control standards. Monitor food temperatures and ensure proper storage to comply with food safety regulations.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service by addressing any food-related inquiries or requests from guests. Collaborate with the team to create a positive and welcoming dining experience.
- **Food and Beverage Operations**: Manage daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and cleanup. Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and minimizing food waste. Contribute to menu development by suggesting new dishes and incorporating seasonal ingredients.
- **Teamwork**: Collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff and front-of-house team members to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations. Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
- **Hygiene and Safety**: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Creativity and a passion for Italian food.

**To Apply**:
Pay: ₹8,326.62 - ₹30,000.00 per month
