**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage your section independently (pasta, pizza, antipasti, etc.) with excellence.
- Prepare Italian dishes like fresh pasta, risottos, wood-fired pizzas, and sauces to brand standards.
- Ensure quality, taste, and presentation consistency.
- Maintain mise en place and hygiene standards in your section.
- Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in Italian menu innovation and execution.
- Train junior kitchen staff and maintain a smooth service workflow.
- Comply with FSSAI norms and internal kitchen SOPs.

**Requirements**:

- 2-4 years of experience as a CDP or equivalent in an Italian kitchen.
- Strong command of classic Italian techniques and ingredients.
- Skilled in pasta making, sauce preparation, and dough handling.
- Familiarity with Italian kitchen equipment (e.g., pasta rollers, pizza ovens).
- Culinary diploma/degree is preferred.
- Team-oriented with good communication and leadership skills.
