**Job Title**: Customer Service Representative (CSR) Executive - Transport & Logistics

**Reports to**: Customer Service Manager / Logistics Manager
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding logistics and transport-related queries.
- Coordinate and track shipments (inbound and outbound), ensuring timely pickups and deliveries.
- Liaise with transporters, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers to ensure smooth execution of transportation plans.
- Maintain updated records of shipping schedules, delivery documentation, and billing information.
- Handle customer complaints, service issues, and escalations promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and report KPIs related to delivery timelines, transport costs, and customer satisfaction.
- Support logistics planning by providing feedback and identifying potential areas of improvement.
- Collaborate with internal departments (sales, warehouse, dispatch, finance) to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Ensure compliance with transport regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Prepare and share reports on logistics operations and customer service metrics regularly.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a CSR or logistics coordination role, preferably in a transport-focused industry.
- Strong understanding of freight, shipping, transportation modes (road, air, sea), and documentation.
- Proficient in logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,569.41 - ₹33,515.25 per month
