Responsibility

CSR at Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. is implemented collaboratively by the bank along with its employees through volunteering and engagement activities. Kotak also endeavors to align its CSR projects and programs with Government initiated social development programmes and interventions.

To improve the quality of life of the communities through positive impact on economic, social and environmental parameters and in alignment with India’s social development objectives and UN’s SDGs.

Group CSR (M-3/4 Grade)

The position is for member of CSR team and the person will develop, plan, and execute initiatives in line with the company’s community development efforts. You will also work closely with various departments to drive and manage activities that will contribute towards building a caring and inclusive culture within the company.
- Developing and executing CSR programs as well as conducting periodic program reviews to assess outcomes and effectiveness
- Acting as the focal point for the Company's CSR initiatives in geography and building relationships with community partners and key stakeholders
- Staying abreast of relevant research and trends in the areas of focus and promoting best practices
- Promoting employee volunteering initiatives in coordination with internal stakeholders
- Work with marketing and PR teams to drive internal engagement and promote storytelling
- Driving budget & monitoring spending to deliver results in line with planned objectives
- Vendor onboarding for CSR
- Managing payment process for Bank and group companies for CSR (incl. Kramaan in Bank)
- Payment tracking for current as well as project managed through Unspent Accounts for bank as well as group
- Tracking admin and ineligible payments for CSR function
- Supporting in MIS for CSR function as well as documentation for audit

**Skill & Experience Required**:

- Masters qualification in social science from a reputed institution OR MBA/PGDM/PGDBM.
- 3-5 years of experience
- Ability to influence, collaborate and partner across functions and all levels.
- Strong initiative, interpersonal and team skills.
- Strong written/verbal communication, time management, and quantitative/analytical skills.
