**1. Program Coordination & Visits**
- Assist in the planning and execution of Corporate Employee Engagement Programs (CEEP).
- Conduct 2-3 Institution & Industry visits daily for connects & partnership
- Maintain schedules, logistics, and documentation for activities

**2. Documentation & Reporting**
- Prepare and maintain accurate data of Corporate Activities, communications, and field data.
- Assist in drafting donor presentations, and success stories.
- Ensure proper documentation of events, training sessions, distributions, and visits.

**3. Partner Engagement & Communication**
- Support communication with Institution & Companies, including scheduling meetings, sharing updates, and collecting feedback.
- Draft formal thank-you letters, and completion updates.

**4. Logistics**
- Coordinate distribution of in-kind materials as per project/program needs.
- Coordinate with vendors, track inventory, and manage delivery timelines.
- Maintain records of receipts, and inventory usage.

**5. Compliance & Record Maintenance**
- Maintaining record of Corporate Donor Data, documentation, reporting
- Maintain audit-ready records of all Corporate Employee Engagement activities and financial transactions.

**6. Event & Campaign Support**
- Conduct employee engagement programs, awareness campaigns and volunteer activities under CSR initiatives.
- Provide logístical and administrative support during field-level events.

**7. CSR Support**
- Support internal coordination to the department for CSR-related activities.
- Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by the CSR Project Manager or CSR Head.
- Research & Lead Generation and maintaining data.
- Assist in Project Proposal Making & Documentation
- Assist in planning and executing outreach CSR events, and training workshops.
- Assist in organizing and facilitating CSR partner visits to project sites.

**Qualification**:

- BSW, MSW, Public Health, BA- Sociology, Social sciences
- Good Communication skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
