**JOB TITLE: Inside Sales Representative**
In line with Strategic Key priorities of SKF India Industrial Business Unit, to increase the customer Reach, Penetration with Lower cost to serve the customers, in response to the changing way of doing business Inside Sales channel is being rolled out.
We are looking for a dynamic capable result oriented sales professional to execute this initiative.
**A. Purpose of the role**: To generate business from customers (Small OEMs), acquire new customers and provide best in class customer experience.
**B. Responsibilities**
- Lead generation using advanced technology tools.
- Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, tender sites, or digital resources. Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc.
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support by connecting with internal stakeholders
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients
- Informing customers on new launches and getting business from them.
- Drive the Distributor/Segment Sales Team to build pipelines and support to close orders
- Closing orders and working with client through closing process
Proactively engage with the customer throughout the sales life cycle to ensure best in class experience.
