As a Cake Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing cakes for our customers. Your role is vital in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the high-quality standards of our bakery. You will work closely with the baking team and collaborate with other chefs to develop new cake recipes and designs.

**Responsibilities**:
Cake Preparation: Prepare cake batter, frostings, fillings, and other related components following standardized recipes or under the guidance of the Head Baker or Pastry Chef.

Baking: Operate baking equipment, ovens, and other kitchen tools to bake cakes with precision and consistency.

Cake Decorating: Utilize artistic and creative skills to decorate cakes according to customer preferences, occasions, and design requirements. This may include piping, fondant work, and other decorative techniques.

Quality Control: Ensure that all cakes meet the bakery's quality standards in terms of taste, texture, and appearance.

Menu Development: Collaborate with the team to develop new cake flavors, designs, and seasonal specialties.

Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory of cake ingredients, ensuring availability and freshness of supplies.

Kitchen Safety and Hygiene: Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Customer Service: Interact with customers to understand their cake preferences and provide professional and friendly service.

Training: Mentor and train junior staff members in cake preparation and decoration techniques.

Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest cake trends, techniques, and industry developments.

**Salary**: Up to ₹150,000.00 per month
