**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and execute a wide variety of bakery and pastry items including cakes, tarts, mousses, éclairs, croissants, cookies, and breads.
- Develop new recipes and seasonal product lines to enhance the bakery’s offerings.
- Supervise and train junior bakers, pastry chefs, and assistants.
- Ensure consistent taste, texture, and presentation across all baked goods.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety in compliance with FSSAI or relevant regulations.
- Manage ingredient inventory, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with procurement for supplies.
- Oversee baking schedules and production timelines to meet daily and bulk orders efficiently.
- Collaborate with management for product pricing, menu updates, and promotional items.
- Stay updated with current pastry trends, techniques, and international dessert concepts.

**Requirements**:

- Professional certification or diploma in Bakery & Patisserie / Culinary Arts preferred.
- Minimum **5-8 years of experience** in a reputed bakery, pastry kitchen, or hotel.
- In-depth knowledge of classical and modern pastry techniques.
- Strong creative flair with attention to detail and aesthetics.
- Excellent leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders simultaneously.
