IT Sales Executive

As an IT Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales of Information Technology (IT) products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and expand relationships with clients, understand their business needs, and strategically promote and sell IT solutions. This position requires a combination of technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to understand and convey complex IT concepts to clients.
**Responsibilities**:
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand client requirements and business objectives to propose suitable IT solutions.
Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to align strategies with overall business goals.
Product and Industry Knowledge:
Stay updated on the latest IT trends, products, and services.
Clearly articulate the features and benefits of IT solutions to clients.
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Proposal and Presentation:
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate and effective solution proposals.
Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure a win-win outcome.
Close sales deals and achieve revenue targets within established timelines.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Customer Satisfaction:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and providing excellent post-sales support.
Foster long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
**Requirements**:
Proven experience in IT sales or a related field.
Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Proactive and result-oriented approach to sales.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
Additional certifications in sales or IT are a plus.
**Salary**: ₹11,035.62 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
