**Responsibilities**:
TRC, is a national engineering, consulting and construction management firm provides integrated services to the Energy, Environmental, Infrastructure and Oil & Gas markets. We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our talent acquisition strategy within our Oil & Gas Sector.
**Job Summary**
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform these essential duties satisfactorily:
**Responsibilities**:
- Follow up on background checks.
- Audits and manages the Oil & Gas job description data base
- Backup Recruiter in emergency/high volume situations
- Manage and report sign-on and referral bonus payment activities
- Coordinate intern activities (lunch and learns, outings and other engagement activities)
- Research talent acquisition best practices and search for innovative recruitment solutions
- Represent the company at job fairs and other career events on an as needed basis
- Assist Talent Acquisition/HRIS Lead on an as needed basis.
- Offer letter generation and dissemination
- Facilitate live New Hire orientation as needed
- Other minor duties may be assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelors with 2+ years' experience in Human Resources
- Knowledge and experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Proven ability to establish and maintain excellent working relationships
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills with a history of successful conflict resolution
- Highly self-motivated, able to work fairly autonomously with general direction
- Ability to multi-task, manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Work Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc....)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Must have excellent time management and organizational skills in order to accomplish numerous tasks and assignments
- Takes initiative and has a strong sense of urgency
- Excellent customer focus (internal & external)
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources
