**Key Responsibilities**:

- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, and social media.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Build and maintain relationships with external recuritment agencies and consultants.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in IT, Manufacturing etc.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- 11months: 5 years (required)
- 10 months: 4 years (required)
