We´re looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate for our Hyderabad operations, to support the recruitment
efforts for our operations center. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of and develop your career in a

In this position, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process and will as act as an ambassador
within our organization.

What you´ll do:
Manager experience
- Help develop team’s best practices and associated SOPs
- Review and ensure completeness of data for job requisitions through our Applicant Tracking System.
- Ensure approval of requisitions submitted.
- Support virtual and in-person recruiting initiatives/events.
- Work collaboratively with the HR and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure recruiting objectives are

achieved.
- Develop strong relationships with internal business and drive activity in support of their hiring

objectives and processes
- Consistently demonstrate an ability to streamline/improve the talent acquisition process by identifying

and improving bottlenecks in the recruiting process
- Ensure organizational compliance with laws and regulations related to recruiting
- Performs other duties and special project assignments as appropriate
- Create job offers

**Qualifications**

Preferred qualifications:

- Related bachelor’s degree*
- Previous experience supporting recruiting processes
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Smart Recruiters a plus)

**Additional Information**

What your background looks like:

- Bachelor´s Degree*
- 2 years of experience in an administrative and/or support function, ideally in Recruiting or Human

Resources
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Proven success working in a high-volume, multi-client environment
- High level of motivation, self-initiative and sense of urgency coupled with a strong customer service

orientation
- Strong organization skills to plan and prioritize day to day responsibilities for optimum efficiency.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven previous job stability, including maintaining long-term work relationships with former
employers
- Must be able to clear the company’s pre-employment screening
