**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage the overall supply chain operations of the export house, including production planning, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
- Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies and processes to enhance operational efficiency and minimize costs.
- Monitor and analyze key supply chain performance metrics, such as on-time delivery, inventory turnover, and order fulfillment, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Warehouse management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, track stock levels, and optimize inventory turnover to minimize holding costs while ensuring product availability.
- Manage import and export documentation, including customs clearance, shipping documents, and compliance with international trade regulations.
- Coordinate with the sales team to forecast demand, plan production schedules, and ensure sufficient inventory levels to meet customer orders.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement initiatives to streamline supply chain operations, reduce lead times, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting international trade and supply chain management.

**Requirements**:

- Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in managing documentation and data.
- Familiarity with freight forwarding, shipping, and customs procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
