Position Summary:

- As the Supply Chain Executive at Nexstellar, you will oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, from raw material sourcing to the final delivery of products. Your role involves collaborating with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to enhance operations, reduce costs, and achieve strategic objectives. With a strategic mindset and keen attention to detail, you will identify opportunities for cost reduction, risk mitigation, and process optimisation, playing a crucial role in the growth and efficiency of our supply chain._

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategy Development: Design and implement supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.
- Supplier Management: Establish and manage supplier relationships, negotiating contracts to secure the best terms and pricing for raw materials and services.
- Procurement & Inventory Control: Oversee procurement activities and inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent supply disruptions.
- Demand Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand, ensuring that production and delivery timelines are met effectively.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse supply chain performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Process Optimisation: Introduce process improvements and innovative solutions to streamline supply chain operations and increase overall efficiency.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to address supply chain challenges and ensure smooth operations.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards in all supply chain activities.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in supply chain management to keep Nexstellar ahead of the curve.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
