**Job Summary**: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive to join our team. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to oversee and optimize key aspects of supply chain management, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Process Optimization**: Lead efforts to streamline supply chain processes, identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements to enhance overall efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

**Supplier Management**: Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, monitor performance metrics, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

**Logistics Coordination**: Oversee logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution, to ensure efficient movement of goods and timely fulfilments of orders.

**Inventory Control**: Develop and implement strategies for inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels while minimizing carrying costs and stock outs.

**Demand Forecasting**: Collaborate with sales and production teams to forecast demand accurately, supporting effective production planning and inventory management.

**Data Analysis**: Utilize analytical tools and methodologies to analyse supply chain data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve supply chain performance.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**: Proven 1-2 years experience in supply chain management, with a strong
understanding of procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning
processes.

**Leadership Skills**: Ability to lead and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative environment
focused on achieving supply chain goals and objectives.

**Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
to interpret complex data sets and drive strategic decisions.

**Communication**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate
with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.

**Problem-Solving**: Proactive problem-solving ability with a focus on continuous improvement
and innovation in supply chain operations.
