We are a fast-growing F&B company with a strong focus on innovation, quality, and customer experience.Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Supply Chain Lead to oversee and drive our end-to-end supply chain operations. This leadership role will be responsible for Procurement, Inward Logistics, Planning, Production, Supplies, and overall operational accountability.The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in systems, processes, and ERP implementation, with a proven track record of driving operational efficiency and enabling scale.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the entire supply chain function, including procurement, logistics, planning, production, and distribution. - Build and implement best-in-class supply chain systems and processes to enable operational excellence and scalability. - Drive ERP implementation and ensure effective utilisation across functions. - Forecast demand, plan production, and align supply capabilities to meet growth objectives. - Ensure on-time availability of raw materials and finished goods while optimizing cost and inventory. - Build, lead, and mentor a cross-functional supply chain team. - Collaborate closely with finance, sales, and product teams to ensure seamless execution. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives and adopt industry best practices. - Maintain strong compliance, quality standards, and vendor governance.Requirements:- 8+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the F&B, FMCG, or Consumer Goods sector. - Proven experience in ERP implementation and system-driven operations. - Strong operational leadership and team management skills. - Deep understanding of procurement, logistics, planning, and production processes. - Analytical mindset with ability to solve complex operational challenges. - Strong communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills.Why Urban Platter:- Opportunity to shape and scale a high-growth F&B brand. - Culture of ownership, innovation, and operational excellence. - Work closely with leadership to build a robust supply chain foundation for growth.About Urban Platter:Urban Platter is building India’s most trusted gourmet food platform with a mission to make high-quality, health-centric ingredients accessible and affordable to all.
