**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist Spanish-speaking customers with inquiries, appointments, and healthcare-related concerns.
- Provide **real-time interpretation** during calls and chats.
- Ensure compliance with **HIPAA and US healthcare regulations**.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance patient experience.

**Qualifications**:

- **Fluent in English and Spanish** (written and spoken).
- Experience in **customer support and translation** within the **US healthcare sector**.
- Familiarity with **HIPAA regulations** and healthcare terminology.
- Strong **communication and problem-solving skills**.
- Ability to work **remotely during night shifts**.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office.**

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
