About the Role

As a SELLRZ Amazon Listing Expert (English + German) , you will use our proprietary SELLRZ software to create, optimize, and improve Amazon product listings for both our internal sales team and customers. You will work closely with our Success Managers and AI tools to deliver high-quality, conversion-optimized listings that meet Amazon standards across multiple marketplaces.

This role is perfect for someone who loves Amazon, understands AI-based workflows, and enjoys creating premium e-commerce content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use SELLRZ software to create and optimize Amazon listings (titles, bullets, descriptions, images).
  • Follow internal SOPs and optimization frameworks to ensure high-quality results.
  • Review and correct multilingual content (DE, IT, ES, UK/EN).
  • Improve listing images using prompting techniques (AI image generation, enhancement, replacement).
  • Collaborate with the sales team to deliver listing demos and customer-ready versions.
  • Use ChatGPT effectively to improve content, rewrite sections, fix grammar, and validate translations.
  • Maintain consistent quality and meet deadlines for multiple listings per day/week.
  • Actively participate in video calls for training, alignment, and feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong experience using software tools (bonus if you've worked with AI tools, image editing tools, or Amazon seller tools).
  • Prompting knowledge: Ability to modify images and generate content via AI.
  • Solid understanding of ChatGPT and how to use AI efficiently.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and optimize content step-by-step.
  • Fluent English (spoken & written).
  • Reading accuracy in German, Italian, Spanish, and UK English (required for language fixes).
  • Comfortable on video calls (training, feedback, collaboration).
  • High willingness to learn, improve, and grow.
  • Amazon fan (you enjoy Amazon, e-commerce, and good listings).

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Previous Amazon Seller Central experience.
  • SEO knowledge or keyword research experience (Helium 10, Sellerboard, etc.).
  • Experience with A+ Content or image creation workflows.
