**Position Summary**: The Telesales Executive will play a crucial role in generating leads and converting prospects into satisfied customers. This position is ideal for a dynamic individual with a strong background in telesales and a passion for achieving sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to present and sell [product/service].
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify client needs and tailor sales pitches to match those needs.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Record and track all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and improve sales processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a telesales or telemarketing role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
