**Position Overview**: As a Marketing Executive at Evertiz Solutions, your primary responsibilities will include generating high-quality leads and managing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. You will leverage your expertise in digital marketing to attract and engage potential clients, and work closely with them to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition**: Identify and reach out to potential clients, conduct initial consultations, and convert prospects into clients.
- **Client Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring their needs are met.
- **Campaign Optimization**: Monitor and analyze the performance of lead generation campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to improve results and ROI.
- **Proposal Development**: Prepare and present proposals and marketing plans to potential clients, showcasing our agency’s capabilities and value proposition.
- **Client Onboarding**: Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and setting clear expectations for project execution.
- **Client Communication**: Regularly communicate with clients to update them on campaign progress, address any concerns, and provide strategic recommendations.
- **Reporting**: Generate detailed reports on lead generation efforts, client engagement, and campaign performance to inform strategy and decision-making.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing techniques to continuously refine lead generation strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and client management.
- Proven track record of successfully generating leads and managing client relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and present ideas effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with lead generation software and tools.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
- Previous experience in a digital marketing agency is a plus.
