1. **Job Overview**:
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our properties and brand. Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) Ads is essential, as you will play a key role in driving online traffic, generating leads, and increasing engagement across digital platforms.

**2. Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote residential properties.

Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and video ads.

Create and manage Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights.

Conduct keyword research and develop SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.

Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for digital channels.

Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and real estate.

Assist in managing the company’s social media presence and engage with the online community.

Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and objectives.

3. **Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.

Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a strong understanding of campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis.

Solid knowledge of SEO, SEM, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Creative mindset with excellent communication and copywriting skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.

4. **Preferred Qualifications**:
Experience with other digital advertising platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads).

Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems.

Knowledge of the residential real estate market and industry trends.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
