**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Digital Strategy Development**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals and brand objectives.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for digital growth and engagement.
- **Campaign Management**:

- Create compelling content including text, images, and videos to engage target audiences and drive brand awareness and product sales.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Manage and maintain social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Develop content calendars, schedule posts, and engage with followers to build a loyal community around our brand.
- **Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**:

- Optimize website content and structure to improve organic search engine rankings and increase website traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, monitor performance metrics, and implement SEO best practices to enhance online visibility.
- **Paid Advertising**:

- Develop and implement paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Utilize web analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates.
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing roles.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital trends and technologies.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:
