**Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Google Ads Campaigns**: Create, manage, and optimize paid search and Call campaigns on Google Ads to drive conversions, leads, and sales.
- **Facebook Ads Campaigns**: Design and execute effective ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, targeting the right audience to boost engagement and conversion.
- **SEO & Website Management**: Oversee and optimize website content and structure for SEO performance, ensuring a user-friendly and conversion-focused website.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Monitor, analyze, and report on key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) to measure campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- **Content Strategy**: Collaborate with content creators to align ad copy, landing pages, and creatives with the overall marketing goals.
- **Social Media Management**: Develop strategies for organic and paid social media growth, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
- **Budget Management**: Allocate and manage budgets across various platforms, optimizing spend for maximum returns.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Familiarity with SEO, website management, and content optimization.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital marketing tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.

**Preferred**:

- Knowledge in Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Knowledge of Godaddy and Wix platform
- Should have basic understanding of USA market
- Should be familiar with USA telecom Industry

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 8 per week
