Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and monitor a comprehensive compliance program that ensures our operations adhere to legal standards and internal policies.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; develop and implement corrective action plans for resolution.
- Work with product / business and engineering teams to build a
- Provide expert advice and guidance on regulatory compliance matters to senior management and other departments.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that impact the company; interpret and disseminate information on regulatory changes to appropriate staff.
- Develop and deliver training and education programs on compliance policies and procedures to employees.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with cross-functional areas.
- Manage and respond to regulatory inquiries or investigations.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on compliance activities and findings for senior management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP)) is preferred.
- 4-7 years of proven experience in a compliance role, with a strong preference for expertise in finance domain
- In-depth knowledge of the industry's standards and regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex legal documents.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate and influence others on compliance matters.
