The role involves handling foreclosure processes including reviewing loan documents, initiating and tracking foreclosure activities, ensuring compliance with US mortgage guidelines, and coordinating with attorneys, investors, and other stakeholders. The SME will also monitor timelines to avoid delays and ensure accuracy in foreclosure proceedings.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end foreclosure process for US mortgage portfolios.Review loan files and ensure documentation accuracy.Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and legal counsel.Ensure compliance with investor, state, and federal foreclosure regulations.Track foreclosure timelines, identify risks/delays, and provide timely updates.Prepare and publish reports related to foreclosure activities.Support audits and quality checks by maintaining accurate records.Requirements:Minimum 2–8 years of experience inUS Mortgagewith strong exposure toForeclosure process.knowledge of foreclosure guidelines and compliance.Good communication and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).Immediate joiners or short notice preferred.
