Job Description:
As an Accounts Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing the financial transactions and records of our organization. You will be responsible for various accounting tasks including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents in a timely manner.
- Prepare and issue invoices to customers, ensuring accuracy and adherence to payment terms.
- Follow up on outstanding receivables and manage collections process effectively.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules.
- Conduct regular reviews of financial data to identify discrepancies or errors and take corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting-related issues and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience 1 years of working in accounting or finance roles, preferably as an Accounts Executive.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
