**Job Summary**:
As an Accounts Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Audit department by handling various accounting tasks with precision and efficiency. This entry-level position is perfect for a fresh graduate with strong communication skills and a keen interest in accounting. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow within our organization while contributing to its success.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Financial Data Entry and Management: Accurately input financial transactions into the accounting system and ensure data integrity. Maintain and organize financial records and documents.

Assist in processing invoices, payments, and receipts. Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments and follow up on outstanding balances.

Reconcile bank statements with internal records to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.

Support month-end closing activities by preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports as needed.

Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding financial matters.

Stay updated on accounting principles, standards, and regulations. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
