**Key Responsibilities**

**Accounting (for Knotheory - Garment Manufacturing)**
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ledgers.
- Handle invoices, vendor payments, and expense tracking.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards.

**Personal Accounting (for Management)**
- Maintain and record personal financial data of management.
- Track expenses, investments, and other financial activities.
- Ensure confidentiality in handling sensitive data.

**Executive Assistance**
- Assist management in daily administrative and operational tasks.
- Manage schedules, reminders, and follow-ups.
- Support in any ad-hoc requirements.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: B.Com (with 1st Division in 10th, 12th, and Graduation).
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience, preferably with a CA firm.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Familiarity with accounting software (Tally/Excel preferred).
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and trust.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
