Key Responsibilities

Accounting (for Knotheory – Garment Manufacturing)

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ledgers.
  • Handle invoices, vendor payments, and expense tracking.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Personal Accounting (for Management)

  • Maintain and record personal financial data of management.
  • Track expenses, investments, and other financial activities.
  • Ensure confidentiality in handling sensitive data.

Executive Assistance

  • Assist management in daily administrative and operational tasks.
  • Manage schedules, reminders, and follow-ups.
  • Draft and manage correspondence (emails, letters, documentation).
  • Support in any ad-hoc requirements.

Requirements

  • Education: B.Com (with 1st Division in 10th, 12th, and Graduation).
  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience, preferably with a CA firm.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (Tally/Excel preferred).
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and trust.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
