**Compensation**: ₹3.5 - ₹5 Lakhs per annum (based on experience & current CTC)

**Travel**: Must be open to regular travel to project sites (e.g., Chikkaballapur and others) during weekdays

**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a **dynamic, confident, and career-driven female professional** to join our Sales & Business Development team. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow within the real estate investment advisory space, working directly with clients, senior advisors, and premium real estate assets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Sales & Advisory team in engaging potential clients through calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate and conduct **site visits** to project locations, mainly in and around Chikkaballapur.
- Prepare and support creation of sales collateral including pitch decks, brochures, and client presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both direct leads and channel partners.
- Learn to filter and qualify leads, and support in converting them into active prospects.
- Maintain and update CRM systems and daily activity reports.
- Participate in training programs to gain product knowledge and understand buyer profiles.
- **Gender**: Female (preferred due to role-specific requirements)
- **Background**: Experience in Real Estate, Luxury Sales, Investment Advisory, Hospitality, or Client Servicing is ideal.

- Minimum 1 Year Of experience in Real estate( Preferably in Managed Farmlands selling)
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal & written communication in English.
- Proficiency in Kannada or Hindi is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for relationship-building.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a startup environment.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the real estate advisory space.
- **Mobility**: Must be open to weekday travel for site visits as part of the sales process.

**Work Details**:

- **Office Location**: Kshethra Group Office, Jakkur, Bangalore
- **Working Hours**: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
- **Remote Flexibility**: Not applicable in initial months
