LiquiLoans is matrix backed fintech founded by Rentomojo co-founders, Achal Mittal and Gautam Adukia. The company is into Peer to Peer (P2P) lending space and is one of the leaders in this segment. LiquiLoans is fast creating an alternate safe asset class which is more lucrative than traditional avenues of investment like mutual fund, fixed deposit etc. The company has achieved 20 X growth in last 2 years and is looking to grow 5 X in next 1 year

- Experience in customer support/ Customer Service will be added advantage

Responsibility:

- Managing Key Accounts and achieving the given targets.
- Maintaining Good relationships with Channel Partners.
- Processing the payments and withdrawals of customers.
- Ensuring customer queries are answered to their satisfaction.
- Using computerized systems to access the details of customers.
- Helping customer to complete process.
- Handling customer complaints or handing them over to a supervisor.

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
