As an Artist Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for handling the

Variety of Artists and maintaining their profiles.

Key responsibilities include:

- Proving the required type of Artist to the B2C/Sales team as per the client

requirement from our database.
- Develop and maintain relationships with the artists who are registered with the

organizations.
- Updating and quality checking the profiles of the artist on the app.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the company's Artist base.and their

active status.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with artists and provide them

shows/gigs/events from the existing inquiries we have.
- Provide ongoing support to New Artists in registering themselves on our

app/backend and to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Checking the payment flow from client and towards the artist post the event.
- Sourcing the Artist from Various social media platforms and sources whenever

required.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event management,

Artist Management or a related field.
- 1 years of experience in Artist management or event industry, preferably in the

live entertainment industry.
- Proven track record of driving business growth through partnerships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Andheri West, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- B2C sales: 1 year (preferred)
- event industry: 1 year (preferred)
- Events management: 1 year (preferred)
- artist management: 1 year (preferred)
