**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities in key market segments (corporate, leisure, travel agencies, etc.).
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Promote and sell hotel rooms to individuals, groups, and businesses through various channels (calls, visits, networking, online platforms).
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
- Respond to inquiries and provide quotations, availability, and package details.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales in line with company policies and profitability goals.
- Collaborate with the reservations and front office team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Achieve monthly and annual room revenue targets.
- Participate in trade shows, sales trips, and networking events.
- Maintain accurate sales records, client database, and reports using CRM or other systems.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in hotel sales or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management or CRM software.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
