The Deputy Controller of Examination will assist the Controller of Examination in managing all aspects of the examination process at CGC. This role involves overseeing the administration of exams, ensuring adherence to academic policies, and providing support for both students and faculty regarding examination-related matters.

**Examination Administration**:

- Assist in the planning, scheduling, and organization of examinations.
- Supervise the preparation and distribution of examination papers.
- Ensure the secure handling and storage of examination materials.

**Compliance and Quality Assurance**:

- Monitor adherence to examination regulations and academic integrity policies.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory standards.
- Implement and maintain systems for effective examination processes.

**Coordination and Communication**:

- Liaise with faculty, staff, and students regarding examination schedules, procedures, and issues.
- Provide training and support to examination invigilators and administrative staff.
- Address and resolve examination-related queries and complaints from students and faculty.

**Record Keeping and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and confidential records of examination results and student performance.
- Prepare and submit reports on examination outcomes and process evaluations.
- Ensure timely processing of grades and academic records.

**Operational Support**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of examination policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of examination-related events, such as result announcements and graduation ceremonies.
- Support the Controller of Examination in special projects and initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Master’s degree in Education, Administration, or a related field. A degree or certification in examination management is a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in academic administration or examination management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining academic integrity and confidentiality.
