**Responsibilities & Key Deliverables**
- Objective:
- Responsible for tracking of performance measures, facilitating all strategically important projects and developing business models for various business opportunities.
- **Responsibilities**:
- Monitoring and Controlling performance measures in order to achieve planned targets by analysing them and alerting the concerned authorities in case of any deviations.
- Facilitating strategically important projects so that the project targets with respect to time and cost are complied with, by monitoring and taking corrective actions.
- Developing business plans (models) for new business opportunities to in order to examine their feasibility by analysing the various associated aspects.
- Assessing the risk of the business in order to ensure that internal controls are established to mitigate those risks by analysing them.
- Capture business understanding in legal terms to achieve capturing exact understanding arrived at with minimum loss to Company in case we decide to change our stand.
- **Experience**
- 10 or more years relevant experience
- **Industry Preferred**

- B.E (mechanical/automobiles)
- MBA ( finance)
