Identify opportunities to enhance internal processes which promote best practice and lead to overall performance improvement and organizational efficiency.
To provide support to all internal and external customers; instructing, mentoring and training team members to develop robust departmental systems.

Develop robust departmental systems, policies and procedures to sustain a high level of service to all sectors
Assist manager or supervisor with scheduling.
Monitor the daily workloads of team members and make adjustments to correct procedures are followed
Reports to the manager or head department.
May validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team.
Monitor the activities to ensure all service levels committed are met and exceeded.
Stay up to date on the latest industry trends, technology and best practices.
Report on KPIs and track customer service metrics.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
