**Role Description**

Idealign is seeking a talented and experienced Architect BIM Designer to join our dynamic team. As an Architect BIM Designer, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of architectural projects using Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to translate conceptual designs into detailed BIM models, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to project requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**BIM Modeling**: Utilize advanced BIM software (e.g., Revit, ArchiCAD) to develop detailed 3D models of architectural designs, incorporating all relevant information such as geometry, materials, and building components.

**Coordination**: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate architectural designs with structural, mechanical, and electrical systems, ensuring seamless coordination and clash detection.

**Documentation**: Generate construction drawings, schedules, and specifications from BIM models, maintaining consistency and accuracy throughout the documentation process.

**Visualization**: Create high-quality renderings and visualizations to communicate design intent and facilitate client presentations and approvals.

**Quality Assurance**: Conduct regular quality checks on BIM models and documentation to identify errors, inconsistencies, and compliance with industry standards and project requirements.

**Innovation**: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in BIM technology and methodologies, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of design workflows and processes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural BIM design, preferably within a consultancy or architectural firm.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, ArchiCAD, or similar platforms.
- Shall be capable of producing Revit Model independently in coordination with Architecture/MEP etc.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction techniques, and building codes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to project challenges.
- Portfolio showcasing previous BIM projects and design work.
