**Façade BIM Modeler**

**Qualification: BE/BTECH civil/structural/mechanical**
**Experiecne:3+ Years**

Facade Modeling: Develop detailed 3D models of facade elements using Building

Information Modeling (BIM) software, with proficiency in unitized, stick, spider curtain

wall systems, ACP cladding, and other relevant facade components.

Collaboration: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to

understand facade design requirements and ensure accurate representation in the BIM

model.

Documentation: Generate construction documents and drawings specific to facade

elements, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.

Coordination: Coordinate with other disciplines to integrate their models into the overall

BIM project, identifying and resolving clashes and conflicts related to facade systems.

Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks on BIM models of facade components to

ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project standards.

Updates and Revisions: Implement design changes and revisions to the facade BIM model

as required during the project lifecycle.

Parametric Design: Utilize parametric design principles to create dynamic and adaptable

BIM models for facade elements that respond to design changes and variations.

Software Proficiency: Stay updated on the latest BIM software tools and technologies,

ensuring proficiency in their use for efficient modeling and documentation of facade

systems. You should hold high level of proficiency in using AutoCAD & Revit software.

Standards Compliance: Ensure that facade BIM models comply with industry standards,

project-specific standards, and any relevant regulations.

Communication: Effectively communicate with project team members, addressing

queries and providing support related to the BIM modeling of facade elements.

Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on BIM tools,

workflows, and best practices related to facade modeling.

Clash Resolution: Identify clashes and conflicts in the facade BIM model and work

collaboratively with the project team to resolve them, ensuring seamless integration of

different facade systems.

As-Built Documentation: Develop as-built documentation for facade elements by

updating the BIM model to reflect the final constructed conditions.

Material Expertise: Demonstrate expertise in the selection and representation of

materials used in facade systems, including but not limited to unitized, stick, spider

curtain walls, and ACP cladding.

Innovation: Explore and recommend innovative technologies and methodologies that can

enhance the efficiency and capabilities of BIM modeling specifically for facade elements.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
