As a **BIM Modele**r at **Centreline BIM**, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, contributing to the creation of accurate and detailed Building Information Models (BIM) for various architectural and engineering projects. You will collaborate closely with project stakeholders to ensure that BIM models meet project requirements and standards, while also leveraging your expertise to enhance project efficiency and quality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive BIM models using industry-leading software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, etc.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to integrate architectural, structural, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) design elements into BIM models.
- Conduct clash detection analysis and coordinate model revisions to resolve conflicts and optimize building systems.
- Generate accurate 2D drawings, construction documentation, and schedules from BIM models to support project deliverables.
- Assist in the development and implementation of BIM standards, protocols, and best practices within the organization.
- Stay updated on emerging BIM technologies and methodologies to continually improve modeling processes and workflows.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- **2-4 years** of experience working as a BIM Modeler in the AEC industry.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and/or Bentley AECOsim.
- Strong understanding of BIM standards and protocols (e.g., BIM Execution Plan, COBie, IFC).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate and high-quality BIM models within project deadlines.
- Certification in BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) is a plus.
