We are looking for a skilled BIM Coordinator to oversee the implementation and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and technologies across our projects. The BIM Coordinator will work closely with project teams to ensure the successful integration of BIM into all phases of the design and construction process. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and strong communication abilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement BIM standards, protocols, and procedures to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to project teams on BIM processes, workflows, and best practices.
- Manage the coordination and integration of BIM models and data across multiple disciplines and project phases.
- Conduct clash detection and resolution processes to identify and resolve conflicts between building systems and components.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of BIM processes and workflows, and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure compliance with BIM requirements and project deliverables.
- Stay current with advancements in BIM technology and recommend innovations or improvements as appropriate.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
