**Profile Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
Develop detailed 3D façade models, focusing primarily on curtain wall systems, using Autodesk Revit
Create and manage Revit families for façade components, ensuring LOD 300 to 500 standards
Prepare shop, fabrication, and coordination drawings related to façade elements
Collaborate closely with architects and engineers to ensure design accuracy and feasibility
Interpret architectural and structural drawings to develop precise façade models
Ensure compliance with industry standards and maintain proper documentation

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Architectural Engineering
Minimum 2 years of BIM experience specializing in façade detailing, particularly curtain wall systems
Proven expertise in Revit family creation at LOD 300 to 500
Strong knowledge of unitized, semi-unitized, stick, and other curtain wall systems
Familiarity with AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360 is a plus
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
