Bim Coordinator

**Responsibilities**
- Creating and maintaining 3D models using BIM software. (Revit)
- Strong knowledge in numeration and reinforcement drawings Generating structural 2D and 3D drawings
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other members of the design and construction team, ensuring the models are accurate and meet project requirements.
- Using the models to identify and resolve conflicts or issues during the design phase.
- BIM to support constructability reviews, quantity take-offs, cost estimating, facility management, and operations during the building’s lifecycle.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across different BIM models and disciplines and stay current on updates and advancements in BIM technology.

**Technical Experience**:

- in an Architectural company
- Should have level of competency LOD 300- 500.
- Should have good understanding in Setting up linked models and coordinate models across disciplines, construction drawings and extract data based on the discipline BIM platform.
- Professional Attributes: Should have good communication and analytical skills Basic qualification should be BE or B-tech (Civil/Mechanical)
- Language-English, Arabic speaking (addon).
